Key Responsibilities
1. Lead technical roadmap development for company products;
2. Drive Electronic Design to meet product design schedule and cost requirement;
3. Modularize existing products electronics design;
4. Conduct design review for electronics engineering part;
5. Manage Product Lifetime Management (PLM) system maintenance for electronics engineering part;
6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and qualify products to meet specification, reliability and regulatory;
7. Establish and maintain platforms and design guideline for key components approval;
8. Take ownership to optimize existing design process and procedures.

Successful Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering or relevant major;
2. 10+ years leading hardware system development experiences (IOT, mobile payment, etc.);
3. Strong knowledge of hardware system architectures, including but not limited to power supply system, battery, wireless communication development (WIFI，NFC, Bluetooth, etc.);
4. Highly developed hardware design skills;
5. 5 years managing experiences with direct subordinates, able to hire, coach and develop EE teams;
6. Fluent in English communication, a creative and curiosity way of working leading to continuous improvements, open minded and willing to accept new challenges.
